Commercial Account Manager
Robin has 25 years past customer service and logistics experience in insurance and with a Fortune 500 consumer products company where she was an internal ISO auditor and Kepner Tregoe facilitator. Graduating from Ivy Tech University in 2001 with a degree in computer information systems, she began working for one of Indiana's largest retail insurance agencies as licensing and contracting administrator. She has experience with commercial insurance customer service specializing in contractors, racing and manufacturing risks. She has been involved in the past with United Way fundraising and her local athletic booster group as secretary and treasurer
